Marilyn Rathan is more than a trainer — she’s a coach, mentor, and life-changing partner in your health journey. A certified personal trainer and nutritionist since 2015, Marilyn blends science-backed programming with real-world experience to create thoughtful, highly personalized plans for athletes, busy parents, menopausal women, and seniors. A former track sprinter who ran the 100-meter and anchored the relay team.

Marilyn trained with Toronto’s elite Track Club at Variety Village — an experience that shaped her eye for technique, speed development, and athletic progression.

She raised three sons who each earned Division-1 basketball scholarships: her oldest played professionally overseas for 10 years, and her second completed a five-year scholarship and now coaches at a prep school in Toronto.

That lived experience — raising elite athletes while helping everyday clients build strength, lose weight, and move without pain — gives Marilyn a unique, long-term perspective on performance, recovery, and sustainable results.
